Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey enjoyed the success of Wicked and its sequel Wicked: For Good.
Now the duo is set to star in another musical together.
As per Deadline, the two actors are in early talks to work in the stage musical Sunday in the Park With George.
The show is a musical which is expected to open at London’s Barbican Theatre.
The musical is slated for a summer 2027 launch.
However, as of now no official announcement has been made.
As per sources, the show is in talks to be directed by Marianne Elliott, who has won two Laurence Olivier Awards and four Tony Awards.
The musical titled Sunday in the Park With George is inspired by the famous painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte by French artist Georges Seurat.
A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte was painted between 1884 and 1886.
The stories follows a man named George who is a painter. The story then jumps a hundred years and reveals George’s grandson who is also named George.
