Kim Kardashian has been vocal about her determination to pass the California bar exam and become a practicing lawyer, but internet users appear confused about her studies and preparation.

The Skims founder celebrated her graduating from law school this summer, and has recently updated fans that she has failed the bar exam once again.

It seems that netizens are attempting to figure out the logistics of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum’s passing without a bachelor’s degree, or attending law school but attempting the bar.

The debate sprung up on the social media platform X, when an internet user attempted to figure out Kim’s prep for the bar, which would give her the license to practice law.

One internet user wrote, “this whole time i thought yall was just mad at Kim for failing that test bc it’s Kim. You telling me she’s been trying to take the bar exam with zero schooling?”

This sparked an entire debate about the fashion mogul’s education and the difficulty of the California bar being one of the most difficult to pass among states.

“Ya lol but she's been under the guidance of lawyers. School is not a requirement to become a lawyer 'sighs'. For a doctorate, yes. But for a JD, no,” one netizen wrote under the original post.

“She’s also doing it in a state where it’s notoriously hard to pass the bar because they’re not as stringent with prior education requirements. Though she did pass the baby bar on her fourth try so kudos to her perseverance…” wrote another.

A third netizen clarified, “She was in a program for 6 years,so she got schooling, just not Law school but an apprentice program.”

What law school is Kim Kardashian going to?

Kim is not going to any law school, but pursued legal training via California's Law Office Study Program, which is an apprenticeship program.
