Kim Kardashian, who is currently facing criticism over her new Hulu series All’s Fair, has opened up about a major setback in her life.

The 45-year-old reality TV star has admitted she failed the California Bar Exam but insists she’s far from giving up.

The SKIMS founder, who famously plays glamorous lawyer Allura Grant in Ryan Murphy’s All’s Fair, took to Instagram Stories to break the news herself.

“Well… I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” she joked.

Kim, who began her law journey six years ago, said she remains committed despite the setback.

“No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination,” she wrote.

“Falling short isn’t failure – it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam, and that only motivates me even more. Let’s go!!!!!!!!!!!”

For the unversed, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star first began her legal studies in 2018, enrolling in a four-year apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm.

She famously took the “baby bar” three times before passing in 2021 and went on to ace the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam earlier this year.

According to TMZ, the ex-wife of Kanye West decided to reveal her results a day before they were officially released, wanting to be transparent with fans who’ve followed her journey from day one.

A source told the outlet: “She’s been open about every step, so she wanted to share the news herself. She’s disappointed but more determined than ever.”
