Ariana Grande and her co-star Ethan Slater are proving that love doesn’t need an audience as they keep their romance under wraps amid the Wicked premiere buzz.
The 32-year-old pop superstar and 33-year-old actor have “always preferred to be low-key,” sources say, carefully navigating the online chatter about their relationship.
The pair were spotted at the Leicester Square premiere of Wicked: For Good and the after-party at Brasserie Zedel, but insiders reveal they made a point of keeping their time together private.
According to the sources, the Zoolander 2 actress returned to her hotel suite after the event, with Ethan joining her later for some quiet time.
“They are aware of what is being said and it’s not easy for them, but they’re doing the best they can to snatch some quiet moments when no one is watching,” the outlet said.
Once the promotional whirlwind for Wicked: For Good settles, the couple plan to spend more time together away from the spotlight.
Meanwhile, Ariana has revealed her determination to land the role of Glinda in the Wicked movies.
The Side to Side singer told Variety she pursued the audition relentlessly, working with vocal and acting coaches to ensure she was ready for Glinda’s challenging vocal track.
Ariana Grande has had several notable relationships, including actor Graham Phillips, YouTuber Jai Brooks, singer Nathan Sykes, rapper Big Sean, and her backup dancer Ricky Alvarez.
She had a significant romance with rapper Mac Miller (2016–2018) before his tragic death, followed by a brief engagement to SNL star Pete Davidson in 2018.
Most recently, she married Dalton Gomez in 2021, with the couple announcing their separation in 2023.
