Katy Perry, the Grammy-nominated pop icon, has announced her new single, Bandaids, coming this Thursday, November 6.
The announcement came on Tuesday, November 4, when Perry made the social media post via Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). The Firework hitmaker only announced the date, while the other details were kept private.
Perry has shared a link to pre-save the upcoming single.
Reportedly, Max Martin and Andrew Watt produced the new track, the duo who have also been behind other hit songs including Die With a Smile, Seven, Abacadabra, I Kissed a Girl, Teenage Dream, California Gurls, and many other chart-toppers.
Katy Perry has earned 13 Grammy nominations throughout her career but has yet to take home a win. Her nominations span major categories, including Record of the Year for Firework and Best Pop Vocal Album for Prism.
She’s also been recognised for hits like I Kissed a Girl, Wide Awake, and Dark Horse, proving her lasting impact on pop music.
