Ariana Grande, who is known for her chart-topping hit tracks, sent fans into a frenzy by returning back to her brunette era after living as a blond for long.

Although it was a major transformation, the 32-year-old singer’s fans pointed out another thing that was different from her Glinda phase.

In a recent video, the Positions crooner expressed her gratitude towards her fans, gushing: “I feel so grateful… so excited.”

Speaking about her upcoming Wicked: For Good, Ariana admitted that “this second half has been a huge secret to all of us for years.”

However, the online community pointed out that she is talking differently now with one X user asking: “Why she sound like Selena [Gomez].”

Another netizen made a similar remark that the songstress is speaking like the 33-year-old, penning down: “She sounds like she just wanna look good for you, good for you, oh..oh.”

On the other hand, an admirer noted that she is “not using the airy glinda voice anymore but her normal voice/tone.”

The TV star has been notable for experimenting with her looks during long career after rising to fame as Cat Valentine on Victorious.
