Kim Taehyung to grace Vogue World after Anna Wintour's invite

K-pop band BTS’s Kim Taehyung (also known as V) is set to grace Vogue World 2025: Hollywood.

On Saturday, October 25, Taehyung departed for Los Angeles after receiving a rare personal invitation from fashion’s ultimate gatekeeper, Anna Wintour.

Taehyung turned his head at the airport, wearing an oversized grey houndstooth coat, blending comfort with sophistication. 

With tousled dark hair, dewy skin, and minimal accessories, the look was effortlessly polished. 

Wintour approached Taehyung during Céline’s Printemps 2026 show at Paris Fashion Week on July 6, 2025.

The Vogue icon greeted him with a warm, “Lovely to meet you. Welcome to Paris,” before adding, “We’re hoping you’re coming to our event in Hollywood in October.”

"Wow," V replied in both shock and delight.

That event has been revealed as the fourth annual Vogue World: Hollywood, scheduled for Sunday, October 26, at the historic Paramount Pictures studio lot in Los Angeles.

The K-pop superstar is expected to showcase his signature elegance and charm at the ultimate fashion spectacle.

Taehyung’s invitation is widely seen as another power move in his evolution from K-pop idol to global style icon.
