Elizabeth Hurley’s friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell gets exposed

Elizabeth Hurley appears to have some skeletons in the closet, as she is spotted in a picture with the convict Ghislaine Maxwell.

The British socialite has been convicted of sex trafficking of a minor, as well as with the transportation of a minor for with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, having the infamous Jeffrey Epstein as an accomplice.

In a throwback Thursday snap posted by TV presenter Sean Borg, the Bedazzled actress could be seen standing beside the disgraced personality back in 1996.

The producer wrote a lengthy caption with the slideshow of images, giving context into things writing that Elizabeth’s previous flat mate Julia Verdin also flew into New York to attend the James Bond themed celebration.

At the party, which was hosted by socialite Tim Jefferies and businessman Robert Hanson, the 60-year-old and her pal Ghislaine had reconnected, as per Sean.

"Julia and Elizabeth had been friends for years — and so had Julia and Ghislaine,” alleges the Totally Scott-Lee star in his caption.

“In one photo – Julia Verdin, Ghislaine Maxwell, Elizabeth Hurley, and me – all part of the same crew. I remember the giggles and jokes... too naughty to post," he continued.

The model is known for her philanthropic efforts, so the image could negatively impact her public persona.

Notably, the journalist also commented about Elizabeth being at the height of her fame, since the picture was taken a year after the actress wore her ‘safety pin’ dress.
