Kim Kardashian’s emotional AI tribute to late dad leaves fans sobbing
American TV star Kim Kardashian has melted hearts online after sharing an emotional Instagram post.
The 44-year-old fashion icon uploaded three touching AI-generated images on Wednesday, reuniting her with her late father, Robert Kardashian.
One image shows the Kardashians alum hugging her younger self, another depicts her teenage self with her daughter North, and the third, which drew the most emotional reactions, shows Kim at her graduation alongside her father.
“This AI trend might be my fave,” she captioned the post.
For those unfamiliar, Robert, a prominent attorney and co-founder of the Radio & Records newspaper, tragically passed away in 2003 at the age of 59 after battling esophageal cancer.
The SKIMS founder, who graduated from her law programme in May 2025, used the AI image to imagine the moment her father could never witness in real life.
Fans flooded the comments section with heartfelt messages.
“The last one brought literal tears,” wrote one user, while another added, “Your dad would’ve been so proud.”
Others called the tribute “beautiful” and said it was their “favourite AI trend yet.”
This isn’t the first time the mum-of-four has honoured her father’s memory.
In 2023, she marked his birthday with a moving post, writing, “It’s almost getting to the point where I’ve had to remember you longer than I’ve known you.”
