Taylor Swift vs Charli XCX: Internet fuels bad blood

Charli XCX and Taylor Swift’s surprising feud is being encouraged by internet users, since the latter put out a scathing diss against the former.

The Don’t Blame Me singer sarcastically took jabs at the Brat hit maker on her brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl with her song Actually Romantic.

In a recent interview, the British singer’s collaborator Finn Keane confirmed that she was working on new music.

Finn stated that it feels inspiring and that it feels fresh and different, adding that they were in the “deep” in it now.

This sparked reactions online, with many netizens urging the three-time Grammy winner to release her own diss, to fire back at Taylor.

“Another Taylor disstrack coming. It’s actually sweet,” one internet user wrote, seemingly hinting at a lyric from the 14-time Grammy winner’s song.

“Coming to end Tayflop,” another netizen added while a third wrote, “I hope we get a response to Taylor’s new song aimed at her, I can’t remember the name,” with an emoji.

Notably, some netizens have pointed out that Taylor misunderstood Charli’s initial track Sympathy is a knife, which is seemingly about her.
