Demi Lovato was recently called out by her younger mentees on the third installment of Camp Rock 3 for her guidance.
On September 29, the 33-year-old singer took to her Instagram and posted her picture in the executive producer chair in front of the monitors.
Demi referred to her song from Camp Rock This is Me in her caption, which read, “this is me (in my producer era).”
The new actors in the third feature took to the comment section to praise her. Hudson Stone wrote, “We are so lucky, and thanks for the great advice.” Liamani Segura penned, “We are so lucky and blessed to have you guiding us.”
Notably, in 2024, the Confident hitmaker pushed to pass a law in California that protects minors creating online content.
The Coogan Law requires 15% of a child performer's earnings to be deposited into a blocked trust account, which will be available to the child when they turn 18.
Demi advocated for the legislation after experiencing extreme mental health pressure while working at Disney, which had her working grueling hours. She recalled going through substance abuse and eating disorders.
As of now, Camp Rock 3 is currently being filmed in Vancouver, with The Jonas Brothers confirming their return to the decade-old Disney franchise.
Demi’s new album, IT”S NOT THAT DEEP will drop on October 24, 2025, and will consist of 11 tracks.
