Cardi B drops bombshell on cosmetic procedures amid pregnancy announcement

Cardi B, who is currently riding high with her newly released album Am I The Drama?, has made rare and candid comments about her appearance.

The 32-year-old rapper, who has previously been open about undergoing cosmetic enhancements such as liposuction, breast surgery and teeth veneers, revealed she has finally found peace with the way she looks.

Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Grammy winner explained she has learnt to embrace her figure, imperfections included.

“I look at myself in the mirror and it’s like I really wouldn’t change a thing,” she admitted.

“Maybe I would like my butt to be smaller, but it’s really hard for my butt to be smaller. I’m not going to put myself in that position again because you don’t like my body. I’m comfortable.”

The Bodak Yellow star went on to say that butt reductions are far more difficult than people realise, adding she has no intention of returning to cosmetic surgery.

Away from her appearance, Cardi has also been making headlines for her career and personal life.

Her highly anticipated second studio album Am I The Drama? dropped on September 19, 2025 and has already sparked major buzz.

On top of that, she delighted fans by confirming she is expecting a baby with her longtime partner, Stefon Diggs.

Cardi B is a mother of three children and is currently expecting her fourth baby with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

The pair sparked romance rumours in late 2024 and were first spotted together on Valentine’s Day 2025 in Miami.

They went public a few months later, appearing courtside at a New York Knicks game in May, and Cardi confirmed their relationship with an Instagram post in June.
