Demi Lovato announces release date of ninth studio album

Demi Lovato sent her fans into a frenzy after dropping the release date of her ninth studio album, IT’S NOT THAT DEEP.

Taking to her Instagram on September 15, the 33-year-old singer posted the official cover art of her record, which is dropping on October 24, 2025.

She captioned the photo, “IT’S NOT THAT DEEP. My ninth studio album will be yours on October 24. So proud of all the work I’ve done, and now, it’s time to celebrate and have some fun!!”

Lovato also explained the behind-the-scenes process of creating the album cover. She wrote, “We created the most beautifully chaotic scene surrounding me, and you know I had to lock the f*** in.”

Netizens took to the comments to express their excitement at the surprise announcement. One fan commented, “Yes!!! Obsessed with this album cover!!!.” Another well-wisher penned, “very much looking forward to this!!”

Previously, the Confident hitmaker released her single, Here All Night, along with a music video. Her new songs come after a 2-year hiatus from her last album, Holy Fvck.

This comes a month after Lovato wiped her Instagram clean, teasing a new era of music.
