Lily Collins, who is notable for her lead role in Emily in Paris, raised eyebrows with her latest appearance at the New York Fashion Week 2025.

On September 12, the 36-year-old actress stepped out for the Calvin Klein Collection in New York City, dressed in a two-piece attire for the event.

After pictures from the event were shared online, fans could not overlook her extremely clinched waist, which they believe was not healthy-looking at all.

While few gushed about the Mirror Mirror star’s beauty, many netizens were concerned as one Instagram user questioned: “What happened to her stomach? Where are her organs?”

Another admirer speculated that she might be suffering from “eating disorder” as she resembled “a Tim Burton character.”

On the other hand, a critic remarked about the extremely “skinny” physique: “And just like that it’s the return of cocain [cocaine] chic,” claiming that it is the side effects of drugs.
