Sofía Vergara 'snubs' Canelo Álvarez after boxing match setback

Sofía Vergara, Mike Tyson, Wiz Khalifa, and numerous celebrities attended the boxing show to support their favourites.

On September 13, the Canelo Álvarez versus Terence Crawford boxing match took place in Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, gathering a massive crowd of 70,482 fans.

Several celebrities were there to support their favourites, but the one who caught the eye of the fans was Sofía.

In a video uploaded by Netflix, the Modern Family star was seen visiting the Mexican boxer, while greeting him in Spanish, she walked towards him for a warm hug.

The duo then took a picture including Alvarez’s wife and daughter, which was later posted by Sofía on her Instagram story.

Fans were in awe that the actress came to support her fellow Latin American celebrity.

Unfortunately, the boxing match resulted in Alvarez losing, which caused him to lose his title as the undisputed boxer.

The fans are speculating that the Comedian might be disappointed by the result of the match, as she posted pictures of herself and her fellow celebrity captioning, "Gracias Netflix, what a night!!” but did not mention the defeated boxer anywhere.

One fan commented on her post, “Looking gorgeous as ever, Sofia, but sorry your boy Canelo lost.”

For the unversed, Terence Crawford challenged Alvarez and won the fight, earning the title of the three-time undisputed boxer.
