Allison Janney reveals Jamie Lee Curtis' reaction to her red carpet look

Allison Janney and Jamie Lee Curtis are showing off their friendship with no filters.

On Monday, Aug. 25, at the New York City premiere of her new film The Roses, Janney told People how Curtis hyped her recent red carpet look, and how much she loved it.

"Are you kidding me? It was probably my best reaction to any red carpet outfit I've ever worn," the actress gushed. "Jamie Lee Curtis gave me the best reaction ever. I'll never forget it."

Janney added that she even shared the moment on Instagram.

“I bleeped the F-word, but it was enormously fun, and I loved having that moment with her,” she said.

Back in July, Janney and Curtis, 66, attended Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang's inaugural Las Culturistas Culture Awards in Los Angeles.

A clip, reposted by Janney on Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 5, captured Curtis hilariously reacting to Janney’s daring pantsless outfit, jokingly telling her to “go f--- yourself.”

In the caption, Janney thanked Curtis for what she called her “favourite red carpet shout-out,” adding, “I adore you.”

At the ceremony, Janney stunned in a bold Christian Siriano ensemble, a high-cut bodysuit paired with a sharp tailcoat blazer. She highlighted the leggy look with sparkling tights and sky-high stilettos.

She finished the outfit with black heels, a matching clutch, and silver jewellery, including stud earrings and a layered necklace. Her short bob was styled sleek and straight.

Curtis, meanwhile, was equally glamorous in a chic black jumpsuit topped with a cropped silver blazer.
