Dakota Johnson, recently out of a seven-year relationship with Coldplay’s Chris Martin, showcased her Hollywood lineage as she walked the red carpet alongside her mother, Melanie Griffith.
The glamorous mother-daughter duo turned heads with their chic ensembles at the premiere of Johnson’s new film, Splitsville.
The 35-year-old actress, who first drew attention in David Fincher’s 2010 drama The Social Network, looked radiant in a body-hugging, sleeveless metallic gown.
She completed her look with dangling earrings and a silver bracelet.
Her straight, dark hair framed her face as she shared a warm pose with her 68-year-old mother.
The Working Girl star opted for a chic cream suit, accessorised with beige trainers and a white lace fingerless glove.
The premiere also featured Johnson’s co-stars, including Adria Arjona and Kyle Marvin, who plays Carey in the comedy.
Ava Phillippe, daughter of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, was also in attendance.
Splitsville is a comedy directed by Michael Angelo Covino, which follows two couples navigating unexpected drama in their relationships and friendships.
When will Splitsville hit theatres?
The film is scheduled for release in theatres on August 22, 2025.
