Andrew Garfield, who is rumoured to star in the new Spider-Man, recently warned the netizens that they should financially support the wrong cause.
With the new Harry Potter reboot series on its way, the British-American actor confessed he watched all the related content to the series recently.
Talking on the Hits Radio's Watch My Life In Movies series, he said, “I hadn't watched Harry Potters until recently. And he's really good in those Harry Potter movies!”
Although he added that he didn’t want the author, J. K. Rowling, of the famous fantasy to gain any profit, he was very amazed by the other artists’ contribution to the movies.
Andrew admitted, “I know it's controversial and we shouldn't be putting money in the pocket of inhumane legislation right now, through she that will remain nameless.”
The 42-year-old praised the forces that had made the wizard and witchcraft work look real and splendid.
“The soul and the spirit of a lot of the essence and theme of the films, and all the artisans and the craftspeople…” he concluded.
It is to be noted that J. K. Rowling is known for her controversial views, which are considered “transphobic” by some and also donates actively to the For Women Scotland group, which opposes the expansion of trans rights.
