Kim Kardashian shares Kanye son’s surprise moment after backlash

Kim Kardashian’s latest product from shapewear on which she was brutally trolled for, was followed by a recent social media post featuring her kids.

The reality TV star, whose children have gotten some unique surprises from the Tooth Fairy over the years.

Kim shared a bunch of images that began with one of her son Saint, nine, smiling broadly for the camera.

Saint had a front tooth hanging from his gums and a bloody mouth, as if he had been playing basketball.

Another displays the letter that Saint received from the Tooth Fairy after losing his first tooth. It contained gold glitter, a $2 bill, and a Roblox gift card that he had asked for in a note to the magical creature.

The founder of Skims wrote, "The tooth fairy has been good to us," next to the carousel of pictures, but the subsequent images demonstrated just how generous she had been. The little treasure included a trip to the dentist to receive tooth art.

Saint has received a titanium grill, like the one his 48-year-old father Kanye West wears, and a gold Louis Vuitton grill on his front tooth.
