Despite ongoing public scrutiny, Meghan Markle is showing signs of increased confidence and genuine authenticity, according to a body language expert.
Darren Stanton, a former police officer and well-known behavioural analyst, believes the Duchess of Sussex is becoming more assured in the spotligh, especially during recent solo appearances.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots, Stanton noted that one small but consistent gesture may be the key to understanding how Meghan connects with her audience: open palms.
“When you look at her public appearances, there are many gestures that reflect Meghan’s strong sense of authenticity,” Stanton explained.
“She often uses open palm gestures, which are key indicators of honesty and trust.”
“Even through her eye contact and tone of voice, she projects herself very well, it’s clear she’s comfortable speaking in public and being around people,” Stanton said.
The Duchess, 43, has made several public appearances in recent months, both alongside her husband Prince Harry and independently.
While the couple’s joint appearances once dominated headlines, a growing number of solo engagements has led to speculation of a “professional separation.”
