Jessica Simpson makes details on love life public after divorce from Eric Johnson

American singer Jessica Simpson has revealed her love life six months after divorcing former husband Eriic Johnson.

The singer has opened up about her current status and where she standsin her love life.

In conversation on Today with Jenna & Friends, the singer was asked if she is ready to date again.

She replied “I'd totally jump on that”, confirming that she is in fact single.

“Yes I'm single – very into like, very... I'm ready!”, she added.

The host asked her if there is a special criteria she is looking for.

“My type of person is one of a kind. I don't have a look, or anything”, she replied.

“I just like for somebody to be individually, who they are. And exude confidence without the ego.”, Jessica added.

Talking about the rarity of such partners and having to find such men, the singer said “It's hard to find but I feel like it's out there.”.

She also mentioned the importance of her partner being a supportive person.
