American rock band, Steve Miller, cancels much awaited upcoming North American tour in an unexpected move on July 16, 2025. Iconic 1970’ band was scheduled for 3 months long shows scheduled from August 15 to November 8, 2025.
ASCAP Golden Note award honoured music sensation suspended all of its 31 dates performances of the entire country tour.
Blues rock-band founder Steve Miller, turned to the band's official Instagram and posted, “Dear Steve Miller Band fans, We have cancelled all of our upcoming tour dates.”
“You can blame it on the weather, the combination of extreme heat, unpredictable flooding, tornadoes and hurricanes,” band clarified the tour call off cause.
The Miller Band concluded with heartfelt words: “We hope to see you all again, Don’t know where and don’t know when. Please take care of each other. Wishing you all Peace, Love and Happiness. Steve, The Band and the Crew.”
One sad fan reacted to the band's post: “No way, I was very excited to see you on stage again...say it loud it's a joke please.”
Another thanked the music mogul for wise decision: “Thanks for putting your fans' safety and venue staff's safety for consideration.”
