Damson Idris showed off his flirting skills in an interview that has taken the internet by storm, due to his quick responses to seemingly awkward questions.

The F1 star appeared on the July 11th instalment of the British show Chicken Shop Date with host Amelia Dimoldenberg, with the premise of the show being centred around questions and mannerisms that make the guests slightly uncomfortable.

However, the 33-year-old actor managed to flip the tables when he held prolonged eye contact with the 31-year-old comedian after making a playful remark that seemed to have caught her off-guard.

In a moment full of tangible romantic tension, Amelia asks Damson if there is character he would love to play, to which he replied with, “Your boyfriend.”

This led to intense eye-contact between the two before he kissed the writer’s hand, leaving her visibly flustered and grinning ear-to-ear.

Amelia confessed in the comments of the episode on the show’s official Youtube account to note that she loved her date with the Swarm actor and that she cannot wait for him to "take on the role of his life as my bf," before admitting that they were both charming personalities with a smile and four x’s.

The moment also caught the eye of netizens, who swarmed the comments under the clip with remarks such as “I'm blushing and he wasn't talking to me,” with a heart eyes emoji.
