Michael Jackson's daughter Paris shares shocking update

Paris Jackson has raised questions about the handling of her father, Michael Jackson’s estate, alleging financial irregularities.

The 27-year-old singer challenged executors, John Branco and John McClain, by stating how irregular payments were made to two of the law firms by the executors in full violation of the court’s order.

The late popstar’s daughter filed a motion calling out the executors for not giving “adequate responses to the court’s inquiries or [making] a clear, enforceable commitment to bring these long-delayed fee petitions current.”

In the documents acquired by Us Magazine, she specifically questions why the estate is suddenly seeking approval for five-year-old legal fees?

The filing added, “Despite repeated inquiries from the Court, Executors are unable to provide even remotely satisfactory explanation for their delay.”

Paris stated that she found multiple unregulated fees in the petition.

“Why are the fees repeatedly misstated in such large amounts?” her lawyer demanded in the court documents, pointing to a law firm’s fees that jumped from $838,000 to $427,000, to $675,000.

Paris demanded that the judge deny the entire legal fee request of $625,000 until the court goes through the attorney’s invoices.

In 2009, the actress became one of the beneficiaries of her father’s estate alongside her brothers, Prince and Bigi, and Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson.
