‘Love Island’ star announces shocking end to marriage

Love Island star Matt Zukowski has announced in a shocking move that his marriage with influencer Tammy Hembrow has come to an end.

“It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,” he began.

He continued, “Both of us have struggled with making this decision however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten.”

After less than a year of marriage, he concluded, “We appreciate everyone's support and space at this time as we navigate the split.”

Hembrow also discussed the separation in a TikTok, saying as she grew emotional, “I don't want to get into the details and I want to be sensitive to everyone involved. Obviously when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it is going to be forever and I blame no one but myself.”

She added, “I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. I'm good at putting on rose-colored glasses. Obviously the worst part for me is that I have kids. I don't care about me, I know I will be ok but I feel awful.”

Zukowski has moved out of their home in Queensland and relocated to back to Melbourne.
