The British model, 54, wore a stunning sequin floral shoulder dress long outfit, followed by a brown handbag.

According to the People, Stewart told in 2021, “Rachel broke up with me on a Monday evening, and it was heartbreaking. No one leaves Rod! But that Saturday night, I met Penny at the Dorchester Hotel in London.”
