Sabrina Carpenter delivers major blow to fans

Sabrina Carpenter is considering a controversial policy for her concerts that might not get approval from her fans.

The 26-year-old hitmaker revealed that she’s considering a ban on phones at her shows, admitting, “This will honestly piss off my fans.”

Talking to Rolling Stone, the songstress shared, “They locked my phone when I went to see Silk Sonic in Vegas,” adding that it was the best experience of her life.

The Espresso singer felt surreal without her phone, “I genuinely felt like I was back in the seventies.”

Sabrina also appeared considerate of her fans, saying, “I can’t blame people for wanting to have their own recording from the shows for memories.”

The Manchild singer didn’t announce any final decision on the matter but the fans should brace for a digital detox during one of her upcoming tours.

Many high-profile comedy shows and Broadway productions have already implemented the phone-free policy and now it is getting popular in the music world as well.

Some of the well-known artists, including Madonna, Alicia Keys, Bob Dylan and Jack White have already made it compulsory for fans to put away their phones before entering the concert venue.
