Owen Cooper recently appeared on The Tonight Show on Tuesday where he shocked Jimmy Fallon by sharing what he detests about living in America.
When asked if he is enjoying his time in the US, the 15-year-old rising star openly criticised American food and candy.
To demonstrate that British candies are superior to American candies, Owen, who is from Cheshire, England, even purchased a basket full of confectionery.
"The chocolate and sweets in America are just awful," he said. "All that nonsense is just Cheetos. To be honest, I detest it."
The young actor also disclosed the well-known Hollywood celebrity who recently praised his work later in the interview.
He claimed that while he was with his on-screen father, Stephen Graham, Leonardo DiCaprio left him a video message.
"'Hey Owen, I'm such a big fan of Adolescence,' "DiCaprio said in a video that Graham sent me yesterday," he said.
Owen Cooper was only 13 years old when he shot Adolescence.
