Miley Cyrus finally addresses ‘feud’ with Jennifer Lawrence

The rumoured feud between pop star Miley Cyrus and actress Jennifer Lawrence dates back to 2012 when Jennifer was announced to play the lead Katniss Everdeen in the The Hunger Games movies.

Jennifer was casted alongside Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne, who is Miley’s former husband.

The co-stars were reported of getting closer as they also played interests on screen, that had caused differences between Miley and Liam, according to the rumours at the time.

While the two had always denied rumors of their speculated romance, Jennifer also admitted to have sneaked in a kiss with Liam after he broke up with Miley.

Miley later released a song, Flowers, in 2022 that won her a Grammy and was rumoured to be about Liam and Jennifer.

The singer was asked “Miley, was your 'Flowers' dress a reference to Jennifer Lawrence?”, as per Daily Mail.

The singer replied “No, but I love that dress of hers”, confirming that the rumour reports are hollow.
