J.K. Rowling reveals how she feels about new 'Harry Potter' golden trio

British author J.K. Rowling wrote one of the most successful book series of all time, Harry Potter, that has been adapted into movies and now being made into a series.

J.K. Rowling’s controversial online presence has made a lot of fans of the books distance themselves from the author and criticise her comments, but the author had to make a comment on the new cast.

The Harry Potter books will be turned into a series by HBO, who had announced important cast members last month, but most anticipated was the golden trio of Harry, Hermione and Ron.

It was revealed on Tuesday that Dominic McLaughlin has been cast as the young wizard Harry Potter. Along with Alastair Stout who will play the ginger best friend Ron Weasley and Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger.

After the announcement, a fan tweeted to J.K. Rowling asking her to tell the young actors that they are already loved by the fandom.

The author replied “All three are wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.”, confirming that the cast in fact does have Rowling’s approval.
