Jennifer Lopez, who made headlines for sharing an intimate moment with backup dancers, unveiled a “surprise” for her fans.
After successfully hosting the 2025 American Music Awards, the 55-year-old singer is looking forward to a new venture as she announced a residency in Las Vegas.
Jennifer took to her Instagram to share the update about “Up All Night” by writing: “We’re back! I’m doing a residency in Las Vegas!”
The shows will mark the return of the Ain’t Your Mama hitmaker following her official split from Ben Affleck in January 2025.
The announcement was made minutes after the popstar ended her hosting gig where her questionable move divided the internet.
During the performance, Jennifer stopped to kiss the dancers one by one.
Fans rushed to X to express their frustration as one user called out the “pathetic” addition an “embarrassing cry for attention.”
Another netizen stated that this “shows she is desperate for attention. I have no respect for her.”
Although the intimate action was criticised by many fans, the On the Floor hitmaker responded in an interview by saying, “you know me.” She highlighted that the little twist to the act had a “whole narrative.”
Earlier, it was reported that the Can’t Get Enough crooner was being advised by her friends to date again after parting ways with Ben. However, she has shifted her focus towards her children and music career.
