Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had four children together before they got divorce and it was settled that both parents will share joint custody of the kids.

However, Kanye’s controversial statements and growing concerns over his mental health have compelled Kim to fight for the kids’ full custody.

In the most recent development on the case, Kanye has been prompted to fight harder for the kids as he believes his eldest daughter, North West, was exploited by Kim for “commercial gain”, according to RadarOnline.

North, 11, posed with her mother in her 2025 MET Gala pictures but did not attend the event as the required age to be an attendee in 18.

According to the rapper, he dd not authorize this activity which Kim violated, according to their 2022 settlement.

The source also shared that Kanye’s access to the kids has been restricted which he believes is in violation of the custody agreement’s provisions for equal parental access and decision-making.
