Prince Harry may still call the UK “home,” but royal fans aren’t exactly rolling out the red carpet for a father-son visit anytime soon.
Following Prince Archie’s sixth birthday earlier this week, an Express poll asked readers whether the Duke of Sussex should bring his eldest child back across the pond to visit his grandfather, King Charles.
Between May 6 and May 9, over 6,400 voters weighed in and 73 percent said Harry should not bring Archie to the UK.
Meanwhile 25 percent said said yes, and two percent said they weren't sure.
Many fans think the Sussexes have “burned their bridges” and now only want to return to boost their PR.
Some commenters didn’t hold back. One fan wrote: “Too late and not necessary. The purpose would be to utilise everything for the bolstering of [Prince] Harry and [Meghan] Markle’s failing popularity.”
Another said: “He can’t just show up after the accusations — but he can visit the Spencer home anytime.”
Archie was born in the UK in 2019 but hasn’t spent much time there since. The last reported visit was June 2022, when the Sussexes returned briefly for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Since then, Harry has visited alone — most recently for his father’s coronation and during King Charles’s cancer treatment announcement — but without Meghan or the kids.
