Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have moved far away from royal life but their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, have quite a grand life in Montecito, California.
While both Archie and Lilibet are rarely seen out and about and also rarely talked about, Harry and Meghan drop charming anecdotes in some interviews.
Here are some little-known facts to give you a glimpse into their unconventionally royal lives.
Prince Archie has built quite a reputation for himself at his school even at his young age, and is known for his generosity.
According to his mother, Archie loves treating his school friends to tasty treats and playing around.
Princess Lilibet, Sussexes’ second born, apparently bears a striking resemblance to dad Prince Harry’s beloved late mom, Princess Diana.
While royal fans haven’t been treated to any recent photos of Lilibet, Prince Harry shared in his Netflix docu-series that his daughter takes after the Spencer side of the family from her grandmother.
Prince Harry sees Archie taking after his sporty side. The Duke of Sussex is known to love sports; he is an avid polo player, occasionally engages in rugby, and is also behind the sporting tournament, Invictus Games.
So, it doesn’t come as a surprise that he sees his son Archie indulging in rugby, which he wants to teach him in their sprawling backyard.
Even Archie and Lilibet’s playhouse is in royal style, complete with a thatched roof and stable doors, as per Hello magazine.
The royal children enjoy playtime in their very own playhouse that sits on their 7.4-acre garden, with an original property listing of the Sussexes’ Montecito mansion mentioning the “children’s cottage” in the garden, alongside “tiered rose gardens, tall Italian cypress trees, blooming lavender, century-old olive trees, a tennis court, tea house, and a pool.”
The Sussex kids also have their very own playground, complete with slides, tightropes, etc., in their own garden.
