Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock to reunite on screen after 31 years

Hollywood’s iconic pair of Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, who starred as Jack and Annie in the 1994 movie Speed, are set to reunite on screen after 31 years.

It was confirmed that the pair will be coming back to work together on a romantic thriller produced by Amazon MGM Studios.

The duo will star in a movie written by Noah Oppenheim, who is known for writing the iconic Jackie, according to People.

Another person joining from Speed will be the producer Mark Gordon, making it even more nostalgic.

Keanu and Sandra were recently spotted at the screening of Speed at the Egyptian Theatre during Beyond Fest, to mark the 30th anniversary of the movie.

The 60-year-old star is booked and busy as he is currently working on a movie with Ana De Armas as John Wick in a ballerina spin-off.

Meanwhile Sandra Bullock is working on a sequel to Practical Magic with Nicole Kidman.

Why didn't Keanu do Speed 2?

Keanu Reeves did not do Speed 2 because he did not like the script of the movie which he felt “just wasn’t right”.
