Taylor Swift is taking her time away from cameras an spending time privately with her partner Travis Kelce, however, even during her break she is being dragged in controversies.
The pop star is rumoured to be working on her 12th studio album but no confirmation has been made by the singer or her reps.
Brazilian rapper Veigh sent Taylor’s fandom into frenzy when he made a controversial announcement.
The 23-year-old rapper announced a new single on Wednesday called Taylor and the cover picture of the single features the pop icon’s eyes.
Adding to the discourse, the singer’s publicist Tree Paine followed Veigh on X which stirred the buzz making people speculate Taylor might be releasing new music.
Many fans also believed it could be a teaser for her highly anticipated Reputation (Taylor’s Version), saying “its the pre-promo for reputation tv. i see it coming believe me”.
Meanwhile others suspected of her picture was used with her permission.
“Did he have permission to use her image?”
Veigh was compelled to apologise as he did not have the permission to use her picture.
“Unfortunately, the cover won't be that one. I really wanted it to be that idea, but you probably already know why, right”.
The rapper did not mention Swift directly but his action of removing the cover was a statement itself.
