She was spotted leaving her NYC apartment in a pair of form-fitting clear PVC mules with kitten heels, paired with thin rectangular sunglasses, as she headed out for dinner with a friend.
Hailey accessorised her outfit with soft beige leather clutch and a phone case that matched her dress, which held her Rhode lip gloss.
The fashion icon's appearance comes amid online backlash, with some social media users labeling her a “creep stalker,” after she was accused of once again “coping,” an acceptance speech previously given by Bieber’s ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
