'Breaking Bad' star Giancarlo Esposito shocks fans with new move

Giancarlo Esposito, who is known for his work in the hit movie, Breaking Bad, recently surprised his fans with an unexpected move.

The acclaimed American actor is currently working in Saudi Arabia for the movie, 7 Dog.

According to the report by Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, the producer recently embraced Islam.

It is to be noted that previously, the director considered becoming a Catholic priest in his childhood.

For the unversed, his father side was primarily Catholic and his mother's side is deeply involved in Baptism.

The new video posted on social media showcased him also practising the religion as he was present in the mosque.

He was seen praying on a mat with four people around him as they all stood in the same direction, with one leading the prayers.

The fans supported the choice of the artist by choosing what he thinks is the best for him.

One person penned, "Congratulations and I hope he finds peace in it!"

Notably, Giancarlo is busy promoting the Saudi-backed action blockbuster.
