Sean “Diddy” Combs is waiting for his trial that is scheduled to begin from May 5, as his legal team prepares his case.
The rapper is facing charges of sexual assault, violence, trafficking and racketeering, with many big names involved in the case.
Ahead of the trial, Diddy has suffered massive blow one after the another making his case weaker.
With additional charges, rejected appeal to delay and Cassie Ventura’s video to be officially included in the trial, the rapper’s legal team is trying to cut ways.
In the most recent attempt to save Diddy from jail, the legal team is reportedly planning to prove that their client’s mental condition pushed him to do what he did.
It will take a doctor to prove that the disgraced rapper was not in control of his behaviour.
Diddy’s legal team plans on calling in a Columbia University professor to prove that he has a “mental condition bearing on the issue of guilt”, according to TMZ.
Diddy and Jennifer Lopez never got married, however they were in a romantic relationship form 1999 to 2001.
