Miley Cyrus faces challenges because of ‘needy’ father

Pop star Miley Cyrus, who recently released new music after winning her first Grammy, is having a hard time with her father Billy Ray Cyrus, according to reports.

The singer, who rose to fame from her hit show Hannah Montanna as a teen icon, starred on the show with her real-life father.

The now ‘failing’ father is looking up to his pop star daughter to revive his career, following the rifts between the father-daughter duo after Billy divorced his wife and Miley’s mother Tish in 2020.

After Miley won her first Grammy in 2024, she thanked everyone on stage, except her father which reportedly widened the gaps between the two, who have not spoken in three years.

“Miley learned a long time ago that Billy Ray's love comes with strings attached”, said the source to RadarOnline reporting the feud between the two singers.

Billy Ray Cyrus, formerly a famous country singer, has witnessed his career fall into pieces as he tries to breath life back into it.
