Pop star Katy Perry made history along with 5 other women by being a part of the first ever all-women crew to fly to space.
The mission was conducted by billionaire Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Horizon and featured his fiancée Lauren Sanchez as well.
In a recent revelation, it has been revealed that the Kardashian women were approached by the company to get on-board however, the offer was turned down by the reality TV stars.
The matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan Kris Jenner and the richest sister Kim Kardashian were offered to join the crew which they declined citing personal reasons.
"Kris absolutely did not want to go for safety concerns and not wanting to put herself in a risky position being a mom and a grandma," a source told The Sun.
On the other hand, while some suspected Kim declining was a hint at a secret feud between her and Katy, in reality she was more open to the idea but had scheduling conflicts making her more hopeful for a future event if it occurs.
Kris Jenner was present at the site of launch to support her friend Lauren Sanchez who was on the flight.
