American pop star Katy Perry is about to make history by being one of the six members on the first ever all-female crew to go to space.
The flight is a project by billionaire Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Horizon and his bride-to-be Lauren Sanchez will be one of the six members on board.
American actress Olivia Munn did not have a positive reaction to this otherwise historic event.
“I know this is probably obnoxious, but like, it’s so much money to go to space, and there are a lot of people who can’t even afford eggs.” said The Predator star on her guest-hosting stint on Today with Jenna & Friends.
Munn questioned the objective of the project and called the people involved greedy.
“What’s the point? Is it historic that you are going on a ride? I think its a bit gluttonous.”, said the actress.
The flight is set to take place on April 14, 2025. The take off is scheduled for 1:30 GMT, making it the company’s 11th human space flight.
