Hailey Bieber may get huge chunk of Justin Bieber's fortune in case of divorce

Justin and Hailey Bieber's marriage has been making headlines for months, fuelling speculation of a possible divorce. Now, a legal expert has weighed in on the situation, revealing that Hailey could walk away with a huge payout if they split.

According to Neama Rahmani, a lawyer at West Coast Trial Lawyers, the 27-year-old model stands to gain a significant portion of Justin's $300 million fortune, as the couple reportedly never signed a prenuptial agreement.

Rahmani explained that Hailey's husband is the bigger earner in the relationship.

"Hailey is a Baldwin, but Justin has more earning power. If the divorce rumours are true, he’ll have to pay her a significant amount, especially because they reportedly married without a prenup," Rahmani said, per Economic Times.

Hailey’s current net worth is estimated at $20 million, largely from her Rhode beauty brand and modelling deals. But without a prenup, she could walk away with a major cut of Justin’s wealth.

Aside from financial concerns, Rahmani highlighted that custody and child support could become a major issue if they part ways.

"The real battle will be custody and child support for their son Jack Blues," Rahmani added.

Reports suggest that Hailey is prioritizing the well-being of their five-month-old son, while Justin’s recent behaviour has raised concerns.

Adding to the tension, Justin has been linked to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal case, with speculation that he may have to testify. Meanwhile, leaked photos of the singer using a bong in Aspen have allegedly alarmed Hailey, as she previously expressed concerns over his substance use history.
