Saturday Night Live recap

Saturday Night Live kicked off its first-ever episode of 2024 with host Jacob Elordi and musical guest Reneé Rapp.

The Kissing Booth star captivated the audience during his monologue which consisted of some questions from the fans.

The Euphoria star mentioned Saltburn who made headlines for his explicit scene and jokingly apologized to everyone who watched it with their parents.

Following the monologue comes the early sketch by Rapp, who recently released her album Snow Angel and starred in the hit 2004 movie Mean Girls musical adaptation as Regina George.

In the comedy sketch, she jokingly said that she has been "going off in every interview" so now she has to do some media training.

For Rapp's second performance, Rachel McAdams, the main bully from the original Mean Girls made a surprise appearance on the set and welcomed the musical guest on stage for her rendition of Not My Fault and was joined by Meghan Thee Stallion.
