Zachery Ty Bryan has been detained by the police once again after being charged with domestic violence.

According to TMZ, the Home Improvement alum was taken into custody in Oregon on Friday for violating the Abuse Prevention Act.

The outlet reported that the Oregon Police Department arrived at the location after being alerted about a "physical dispute between a woman and male at a residence."

Bryan had reportedly run until the cops arrived but was shortly located and apprehended.

The identities of the call-maker and the victim are currently unknown.

This is not the first time Bryan has found himself on the radar of law enforcement authorities.

In May 2020, the former child star was sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to the charge of DUI.

Later that year, he was arrested after being charged with felony harassment, strangulation, menacing, coercion, fourth-degree assault, and interference with making a police report in the wake of an incident with his mistress Johnnie Faye Cartwright.

He was legally married to his ex-wife Carly Matros at the time.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Bryan explained that Cartwright was upset over his "double life" and they both had been "drinking too much."

"We didn’t even really get that physical. We got really loud. We were screaming and because we were in a townhome that had [thin walls], everybody could hear," Bryan claimed. "Johnnie was, at the time, just really upset about my situation."

He added, "At the end of the day, [the police] throw a bunch of counts at you because they ultimately want you to plead to something. I could’ve fought it…but that’s more stress and drama. I got two misdemeanors and called it a day."
