Alison Hammond has spoken candidly about her relationship with boyfriend David Puttnam, revealing that while the couple are happier than ever, they have no plans to get married.
The This Morning presenter described her three-year romance with the 28-year-old model and massage therapist as "easy," explaining that their relationship works because they continue to choose each other every day.
Despite ongoing public discussion surrounding their 22-year age difference, Hammond said the criticism does not concern her.
She believes people understand their connection once they see them together and insists their relationship is nobody else's business.
Addressing speculation about wedding bells, the television star said marriage is not something either of them feels they need.
Instead, she said they are content with the relationship they have built together, adding that Puttnam appreciates her for who she truly is.
According to Daily Mail, the couple first met in 2023 when Hammond booked Puttnam, a Russian-born massage therapist and model, for a treatment.
Their friendship soon developed into a romance, although they have largely kept their relationship out of the public eye, making only occasional appearances together and sharing a handful of photos on social media.
