Bebe Rexha’s had enough!
The singer is sick of continuously hearing remarks about her weight.
The 33-year-old singer hit back at fans who thought she looked heavier, in a Tweet on Friday morning. She expressed her frustration at the constant discussion about her appearance.
"I know I got fat," the "I’m Good" artist tweeted. "I’m just so sick of people talking about it. NEXT!!!!!!"
Rexha followed with a second Tweet, outlining the offensiveness of the remarks.
"Human beings go through weight fluctuations it’s life and you don’t know what people are going through. Meds, disease, etc…" she wrote.
Many fans supported her in the comments.
"Don't let this get to you, you are perfect the way you are as you are now," wrote one fan.
Another commented: "Bebe you aren’t fat you are simply evolving as a woman and your body is changing. Everyone goes through this and for people to make nasty comments mean they have nothing better to do with their life but hate on people they are jealous of."
A third just simply commented, "Na na na...... you're a queen."
Rexha has already been transparent about her weight increase. On The Jennifer Hudson Show, she discussed receiving the polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosis, which impacts one in ten women. Weight gain, she claimed, is a typical indication of the disease, and she "jumped, like, 30 lbs. so quickly."
