Heidi Klum has unveiled her dramatic Halloween costume after teasing the whole process via snippets on her Instagram.

The America’s Got Talent judge transformed into a realistic gigantic worm for her 21st Annual Halloween Party on New York City's Lower East Side.

She was joined by her husband, Tom Kaulitz, who dressed as a fisherman with a bloody eye.

The Halloween party Klum threw was in collaboration with Amazon Prime, who showed off her costume via a video on Instagram.

"Trick or treat, now to see who I will be," Klum is seen mouthing before the dramatic reveal. 

"Happy Halloworm! love, @heidiklum," the caption read.

Speaking to Fox News, the 49-year-old had previously dubbed the costume "claustrophobic" and "a lot."

"It's just a lot of everything," she shared. "It's just a lot. A lot of everything."

On her Instagram, the model teased the costume in a series of posts, taking her followers through the process of its making.
