Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie may be summoned to the interrogation room after the duo allegedly witnessed an assault attack on a paparazzi perpetuated by their friends.
The best friends have found themselves in legal trouble in Argentina after paparazzi photographer Pedro Alberto Orquera ended up in hospital with a broken arm for taking a picture of Robbie and Delevingne leaving a restaurant.
The attack was allegedly perpetuated by British filmmakers Josey McNamara and Jac Hopkins Saturday, who are both friends of the Barbie actress.
The filmmakers were immediately taken into custody after the onlookers reported the incident to 911.
Cara and Margot are the prime witness of the incident and may be called to testify – only if the duo is still in the country, a source told The Sun.
Speaking to the outlet from his hospital bed, Pedro described the incident as a "brutal attack" and "cowardly".
He went on to detail the brawl, explaining: "They tried to take my camera to delete the pictures that I had taken. I started running away from them because they were hitting me. While I was running from them they kicked me hard so my camera went up in the air and I fell on the floor and injured my arm. I was bleeding an awful lot. I was losing a lot of blood, in a few minutes the police arrived."
A police report showed that McNamara and Hopkins told cops Pedro was “responsible for his own injuries” as the stars had not given their consent for photos to be taken.
