Debbie Crankin has been accused of wrongfully asking for money to fund her luxurious lifestyle

Disgraced TikToker Debbie Crankin has once more issued a plea to the public to donate money towards her transition fund.

In an update on her GoFundMe page, the musician expressed that she has been in deep financial crisis that has put her life in jeopardy.

Citing "transphobic violence, discrimination, and homelessness" she expressed how it has been a burden towards her transition journey and asked the public once more to contribute towards the $245,000 goal.

"It really hurts to put my personal information out here like this but I am currently in need of financial assistance. I’m a few months behind on rent and I’m honestly suffering from post traumatic stress and anxiety from struggling to get settled after moving across the country to start transitioning," she wrote.

"I have battled transphobic violence, discrimination, and homelessness in 2020-2021 that wrecked me financially looking for somewhere to live. I found an apartment last May thank God but I have never been able to raise enough money to support myself as I’m pursuing my transition and working towards independence.

"If this continues, I could be in a very dangerous situation again. Your support is needed right now and really matters. Please don’t ignore this and support my campaign today with a donation! Sharing is a great way to help as well."

While her plea may seem innocent, Crankin has been accused of stealing hundreds and thousands of dollars from her fans.

Dubbed as Debbie the Scammer, Crankin, who is a transgender woman based in California, is accused of using her trans identity to scam her TikTok followers.

Crankin set up a GoFundMe account in order to raise $300,000 for her medical procedures, required for her to fully transition.

As her TikTok videos went viral, she ended up raising $91,444 but as things were looking well for her, she was accused of stealing people’s money to fund her luxurious lifestyle.
